Whether it’s a Hollywood blockbuster or a European arthouse film, an advertising production or a play, a major event or smaller company celebration – with our props, your setting will be authentic, creative, accurate down to the last detail, and emotional!
Target group
Our props and services are available at all times to filmmakers, set designers, creatives, event planners, and private parties.
Our set dressing services are successfully used in film and TV projects, advertising films, as well as events, trade fairs, and exhibitions of all kinds.
Examples of these include well-known and award-winning films and TV productions such as The Lives of Others, The Reader, Inglourious Basterds, The Grand Budapest Hotel or Babylon Berlin as well as events like the Potsdamer Schlössernacht and the Berlinale.
Information and facts
The Prop Department at Studio Babelsberg is located on the main studio lot and has more than one million props ready for your project throughout its approx. 108,000 sq ft (10,000 m2) in three large-scale warehouses. Our Prop Department is divided into three divisions: the Lamp and Document Warehouse, the Furniture and Artwork Warehouse, as well as the Small Prop Warehouse.
